Having fought so hard for so long to keep from improving this state park campground, the State finally put in two rows of electric. It isn't much but it is a start. That being said, when the weather is dry the trail systems is first rate. July 30, 2008 A nice day with a nice visit. We didn't hear owls but we saw them in the trees. Then ... July 31, 2008 Hearing owls, I put in the barred owl tape and did we get owls! There were at least four visible at one point and the crowd that gathered suggested many more.
