Nice trip down.  Meg insisted on sleeping for about three hours.  We got the last full hookup site available!  Mind you, we often left on Wednesdays!  Weather is beautiful--75 degrees and sunny.  Some mud but it is not too bad.  Played our hearts out on the playground.

4/23/87

Played our little hearts out.  This was Meg's day.  I'll be we spent eight hours on the playground and five hours walking  Meg should be absolutely exhausted!  She learned how to pump a swing by herself.  She was sooooooo pleased.  We fed some little pan fish some bread by the lake.  At 1030 she decided she was going to sleep--after Daddy.  By 11 pm she was seeing double.  By 11:15 she decided to go up and rest but then come back down.  By 11:16 PM she was asleep.  We were the talk of the (extremely) crowded campground.  Dad would take his magazine and lawn chair and sit by the playground while Eater would play her heart out.

4/24/87

She may have stayed up pretty late but Dad got up at 8:15 AM and here it is 9:30 AM with Eater still sound asleep!  Vention opens at noon!  Hope we make it!  Rain!!  Vention was rain.  The inside was absolutely packed tight.  We came home!  Bought paints and painted.  Took a shower.

4/25/87

Gorgeous day.  Walked our rears off.  Played and had fun after.

4/26/87

Back to Vention and playground.  Whew!

4/27/87

A great trip.  Had in not rained on Friday, it would've been perfect.  Super.  Got home around 7 PM.
